Media Ready is an immersive training experience designed to simulate exactly what will happen in a real-life media appearance.

Conducted in studio, we'll recreate real-life media scenarios. We'll conduct mock interviews, refine and practice your messaging and pitches, build strategies to overcome awkward moments and difficult questions, so you can avoid train-wreck moments which derail careers, businesses or reputations!

How Does It work?

Media Ready combines strategy with hands-on experience to help you perform under pressure and shine in the spotlight.

On the day of the Intensive, you'll:

Meet me in person where we will go through your goal for the session and create your bespoke media strategy.

We'll then step into the studio where we'll conduct on-camera practice, mock interviews, or any practical activities that are relevant to your goal, while I constantly guide you and provide actionable feedback to help you perfect your messaging and presence.

After your Media Ready Intensive, you will receive a report and strategy plan to help you achieve your goal.

You'll also receive recordings of audio or footage (if applicable) which you can review or use for your social media or other media platforms.
